The Lower Chattahoochee Area Agency on Aging (AAA) provides information on and access to home and community-based services for elderly and/or disabled Georgians, their families, and other caregivers .
The AAA provides seniors opportunities to maintain their activities, independence, and dignity through a comprehensive, coordinated system of services and support . The AAA assesses needs, advocates for seniors, engages community support, coordinates program funding, and monitors and evaluates the work of service providers to ensure that seniors receive high quality assistance .
